I am passionate about the animals wandering around the green meadows of the Eifel. I like painting and drawing them. I walk around the beautiful paths with my notebook and pencil making sketches.
If the weather is suitable, I take my painting equipment with me and settle myself for a long day of painting. The animals know me and keep me company. Sometimes they also keep an eye on what I am doing and provide useful feedback. 💙
My atelier is on Maarstrasse 2 in Schalkenmehren. Inspired by the lovely chats with the kind and nature loving visitors, I work on my projects, usually oil-paint. My dogs are always with me and they enjoy the company too. 💘
I am passionate about animals. Together with my husband, I have adopted a little bunch of dogs from Romania.
Lila, Kiki and Kiko keep me company in the atelier. Lila is more than ten years old and she is very social. Kiko and Kiki are less social: their mother died when they were a few weeks old and they missed the basic imprinting. But they have improved a lot. The three of them are The Bandits, because that's what they are: they stole my heart.
